First, please check your spam folder or any other email filter that may have captured your tickets. The tickets come from MODTickets email@example.com, not PWF, so please look for that email address in your inbox.
If you still cannot find your tickets please forward your name, the date and quantity of your ticket purchase, and your confirmation number to firstname.lastname@example.org and CC email@example.com. Send this information with the subject line: “Tickets – FIRST NAME + LAST NAME.” We will review your purchase, and resend the tickets. Please allow a few days for this process.
The Pittsburgh Wine Festival is a catered event, appetizers and light fare will be served throughout the tasting.
While there is no official dress policy, previous festivals have set the standard of business casual or cocktail party attire.
Refunds are not typically granted, and any exceptions are made at the discretion of the president of the festival. In exceptional circumstances, refund queries can be made by forwarding your name, the date and quantity of your ticket purchase, the reason for your refund, and your confirmation number to firstname.lastname@example.org and CC email@example.com. Once your information is reviewed by the president of the wine festival, if an exception is granted, your refund will be sent out by check through the USPS. This process may take up to a few weeks.
