Gary Farrell Wines
The production of "Gary Farrell" wines commenced in 1982, with the first release hitting the market in 1985. This wine, a 1982 Russian River Valley Pinot Noir produced from the Allen and Rochioli vineyards, became the most awarded Pinot Noir in America during 1985. Similar success with subsequent vintages (most awarded Pinot Noir in nine of the following fifteen vintages) further established Gary Farrell's reputation for consistency as a producer of superior varietal wines.
