Tom Selig has made his living in the wine and spirits industry for the past twenty years. He graduated from the Philadelphia Restaurant School in 1980 where he specialized in restaurant management. During the eighties, Tom created the position of wine educator and buyer at Philadelphia�s Caf� Nola. In the nineties, Tom moved on to wine consultant and sales representative for Bartololmeo Pio Wine and Spirits Distributor. His love of finer wines developed during his six years at Pio. Then he moved on to Pennsylvania State Manager for Remy Amerique, supplier of fine cognacs, champagne, fine spirits, and national supplier for Antinori wine.
